當長臂挖掘機怠速時，車輛發動機水溫顯示很高，電力風機、汽車發動機噪音、溫度過高吹空調等事故比較常見。這幾類情況在長臂挖掘機維修時先直接給車輛的冷凝器和儲水箱清理灰塵，確保會整不會影響冷凝器和儲水箱良好的導熱特性，在平時的時候也可以是不是清理冷凝器和儲水箱之間的灰塵。

When the long arm excavator is idling, the water temperature of the vehicle engine is very high, and accidents such as electric fan, vehicle engine noise, excessive temperature and air conditioning are common. In these cases, the dust of the condenser and water storage tank of the vehicle shall be removed directly during the maintenance of the long arm excavator to ensure that the good thermal conductivity of the condenser and water storage tank will not be affected. In normal times, the dust between the condenser and water storage tank can also be removed.

在挖掘機車輛本身溫度很高的時候吹空調，車身怠速抖動會很大，這時候車輛急加速也會顯得很無力，可能還會有發動機異響等情況出現。在維修時，看看儲水箱的上下管道的溫度有沒有比較明顯的差別，若溫度差別大，則需要檢查節溫器和水泵有沒有發振。挖掘機正常工作時上下管道的溫度盡量保持一致。

When the temperature of the excavator vehicle is very high, the air conditioner will be blown, and the idle speed of the body will vibrate greatly. At this time, the vehicle will appear weak when accelerating rapidly, and the engine may make abnormal noises. During maintenance, check whether the temperature of the upper and lower pipes of the water storage tank is obviously different. If the temperature difference is large, check whether the thermostat and water pump generate vibration. During normal operation of the excavator, the temperature of the upper and lower pipes shall be as consistent as possible.

在挖掘機剛剛停止作業車身還處于高溫時，應熄火停止一刻鐘左右再啟動，因為熱車在重新啟動時可能會自動熄火。如果出現自動熄火的情況，可以先啟動挖掘機進行熱車，再去檢查防凍液、儲水箱上端的回水管的回水情況，當回水受到阻礙時會導致車身溫度過高。

When the excavator has just stopped working and the body is still at a high temperature, it should stop for about a quarter of an hour before starting, because the hot car may automatically stop when it is restarted. In case of automatic flameout, start the excavator to warm up, and then check the water return condition of the antifreeze and water return pipe at the upper end of the water storage tank. When the water return is blocked, the body temperature will be too high.
