1、加長大小臂每天少打兩次黃油。在泥水中作業時，若工作裝置連接銷軸浸在水中，則每次完工后都要清洗干凈再加黃油。每次作業前都要檢查工作裝置連接部位是否加滿黃油。每次加黃油后，操作動臂、斗桿和鏟斗數次，然后再加黃油，直到將舊黃油擠出為止。
1. Apply butter at least twice a day to lengthen the upper and lower arms. When working in muddy water, if the connecting pin of the working device is immersed in water, it must be cleaned and buttered after each completion. Before each operation, check whether the connection part of the working device is filled with butter. After adding butter each time, operate the boom, stick, and bucket several times, and then add butter again until the old butter is squeezed out.
2、在海濱地區或腐蝕地區作業，操作后要徹底清洗整個機器，以除去鹽分，必要時在需要的地方加黃油或機油，以避免銹蝕。在寒冷的冬天作業，必須將液壓缸的活塞桿回到液壓缸筒內，避免泥土和水粘在活塞桿上，損壞液壓缸密封圈。
2. When working in coastal or corrosive areas, the entire machine should be thoroughly cleaned after operation to remove salt. If necessary, butter or oil should be added where needed to avoid rusting. In cold winter operations, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder must be returned to the hydraulic cylinder barrel to avoid soil and water sticking to the piston rod and damaging the sealing ring of the hydraulic cylinder.
長臂挖掘機的施工注意事項

1、挖掘機回轉時，必須離地面0.5米。

2、鏟斗插入工作目標時，嚴禁大力敲打，也不能行走和旋轉。
