1）加長臂發掘機作業時制止任何人上、下發掘機和傳遞物品，禁絕邊作業邊保養、維修；不要隨意調整發動機（調速器）以及液壓體系、電控體系；要留意挑選和發明合理的作業面，制止掏洞發掘。
